Some people love being on the water whilst others enjoy dry land, so today you have two options:
A day sailing among the idyllic Island:
Join a full day sailing experience to search for wild dolphins (and maybe even swim with them!), relax on a remote beach, hike around one of our favourite islands, swim in the ocean and enjoy a BBQ lunch on the boat.
Fly/Drive tour to the beautiful Cape Reinga (optional extra - $450pp):
This half day tour is the best way to visit Cape Reinga and means long drive to get there! Enjoy a scenic flight loop over both coasts of Northland, with stunning views of wild beaches, crystal clear waters, harbours and native bush. Once at Cape Reinga the plane will land and you explore the area with a guided tour to Cape Reinga and the towering Te Paki sand dunes before a return flight to the Bay of Islands.
At the end of the day we will all catch up for dinner and swap stories of the day.
